Civil Litigation. We have handled litigation since our founding, and today, one-half of our lawyers are litigators. The attorneys in the firm's litigation group have a combination of more than 200 jury trials and another 200 court trials. The firm's litigation group has experience in virtually all types of business and individual litigation and has extensive expertise in appellate practice. We have handled business disputes of virtually every type, including cases arising from business transactions between small private companies to disputes involving large publicly held companies. These cases have included complex contract actions, employment law issues, construction defect allegations, medical malpractice and other professional liability defense, business interference claims, unfair competition, corporate and partnership disputes and real estate matters.
